By confirming this booking, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept all inherent risks associated with the Mobile Hibachi Cooking and entertainment services. These include, but are not limited to, risks arising from open flames, hot surfaces, heated oil, and the use of specialized performance equipment.

The Customer hereby releases, waives, and discharges JustOne Hibachi LLC, along with its owners, employees, agents, and corporate affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection with the event.

The Company reserves the right to decline or terminate service at any time if safety regulations or customer-provided setup environments cannot be safely or reasonably met.
