JustOne Hibachi Classic costs $60 per adult with a $600 food minimum. Premium costs $68 per adult with a $680 food minimum. Children aged 6–13 pay $30–$34, ages 5 and under eat free, and travel is free within 20 miles. For large groups, Party Buffet is $39.99 per paying guest (30 guests minimum).

For Classic and Premium, standard protein choices are NY strip steak, chicken, shrimp, salmon and tofu. Party Buffet has a fixed steak and chicken menu. The chef brings the grill, ingredients and cooking equipment, cooks in front of your guests and cleans the cooking station.

A private hibachi chef at home costs $60 per adult with JustOne Hibachi’s Classic package, with a $600 food minimum. Premium is $68 per adult ($680 minimum). Children aged 6–13 are $30 (Classic) or $34 (Premium), and ages 5 and under eat free. A group of 10 adults on Classic is $600 for food.
What is the minimum for a hibachi party at home?
The food minimum is $600 for Classic and $680 for Premium. If your guest total is below the minimum, the minimum applies. Party Buffet requires 30 paying guests ($1,199.70).
Is there a travel fee?
Travel is free within 20 miles of the service location serving your event, measured to your event address. For longer distances, our team confirms the travel fee before you book.
What is not included in the per-person price?
Gratuity, protein upgrades, optional tables and chairs, dinnerware and any travel fee over 20 miles are extra. Tables and chairs are $10 per guest and disposable dinnerware is $6 per guest. Filet mignon, scallops and lobster tail are paid upgrades.
Do children pay full price?
No. Children aged 6–13 pay $30 on Classic or $34 on Premium, and ages 5 and under eat free. Guests 14 and older pay the adult rate. On Party Buffet, children aged 6–13 count as paying guests at $39.99.
How do I book and pay?
Request a date with your address and guest counts; your date is reserved after the team confirms the details and the agreed deposit is paid. The remaining balance is paid after the event. Ask the team to confirm deposit, cancellation, weather and guest-count terms before paying.
